Biography

Tabitha Robertson formerly Jones was born about 1698 in Henrico County, Virginia Colony, the daughter of Edward Jones and Mary Fields.[citation needed]

Tabitha married John Robinson.

They had the following children: [1]

  1. Field Robinson,
  2. Judith (Robinson) Bradshaw,
  3. Susannah (Robinson) Bradshaw,
  4. John Robinson Jr,
  5. Christopher Robertson,
  6. Thomas Robertson,
  7. Joseph Robertson,
  8. Edward Robinson,
  9. Hezekiah Robinson, and
  10. Elizabeth (Robinson) Hogan

Tabatha died prior to 1763 in Cumberland County, Virginia[2]

The proposed changes were outlined in a note by Karen on the other profile as:

Jones-60823 needs to be merged into the PPP profile Jones-4343. The married last name should be Robinson as determined by the project. The parents listed on Jones-60823 will also need to be merged into the correct parents of Jones-4343. Once the mother is corrected and merged with the PPP Jones-4343 we can take care of merging these children which were added with the existing profiles for the children of this couple.

The research has been done. Some of the children used the Robertson spelling and some used the Robinson.
