Biography

Mae was born in 1893. Mae Jones ...[1] Mae married John Wesley Williams and had five children, including one set of twins. Oldest to Youngest: Lillie Virginia, Lenore, Audrey, John Wesley Jr and Billie June (the last two fraternal twins. [2] The birth certificate of Billie June showed the name "no name" until Billie had it changed in the 80's to Billie June.

After Mae divorced John Wesley Williams, Sr. She married Michael Stout. The marriage was fairly short. Family rumor is that she left when she found he owned a gun, she thought he would kill her. This is just a tale passed down through the family, no one was ever aware of any threats to Mae's life from any one.

She died on May 29, 1977, in Uvalde, Texas, at the age of 83, and was buried there.
