Thomas of Chard, merchant, b. about 1616, age 7 1623. bur Topsham, co. Devon 3 Sep 1669. He was executor of his mother's will proved k22 July 1655. He was involved in litigation with his sister Alice and Richard Derby[1]
Alice. b. before 6 Feb 1620/1 mentioned in her father's will and living 12 Feb 1654/5. Married Richard Derby, mercer. They were parents of Roger Derby the immigrant.[1]
