Biography

According to the source, Humphrey Pugh Jones and his brother Hugh were sent to America by their parents to avoid impressment during the Napoleonic Wars. One Hemphry Jones is included on a Passenger List of a ship bound for Philadelphia, PA, USA in 1801.
