Catherine may have spent some or all of the Revolutionary War (While the British controlled Long Island and possibly for a bit after the war) in Woodbury, CT as her daughter Sarah seems to have been baptized there (Barbour records). Her brother-in-law, Daniel, lived nearby during the war and another brother-in-law was a minister, also nearby. See the introduction of the diary of Capt. Daniel Roe for more family details. I don't have a copy of it in front of me, or I would do a better job with the details.
