Susannah Jones was born in the Forest of Dean in about 1790.
In 1806 she married Henry Howell.
The 1841 census records her at the age of 50, living with Henry (60), with Eliza Howell (20), Hannah Howell (15), William Howell (10), and Grace Howell (0). Their residence is recorded as Coleford’s Meend (possibly today’s Kell’s Meend, in Berry Hill, north Coleford). [1]
Susannah passed away in 1851 before the census was taken.
