Biography

When Susannah Adelia Jones was born about 1850 in Ontario her mother Almira was 26. She married William Albert Cadman on June 9th 1873 in Hillier, Ontario. ^[1]They had one child, William Jones Cadman, during their marriage. Her husband died of consumption before the baby was born, February 1874 . Elmira died of consumption on June 9, 1880 at the age of 30.^[2]

According to Census records her son William Jones Cadman, 6 years old at the time, was living with the Clarks after both his parents died.

William Albert Cadman born in Consecon, Ontario, was a bachelor and worked as a merchant. William is the son of Joshua M Cadman and Maria Marsh. He married Susanna Adelia Jones age 25, born in Hillier, Ontario to Samuel Jones and Almira Hester Foster. Witnesses are John James Dorland of Adolphustown and Amanda Jones of Hillier, Ontario
