Biography

Note on the death of Cornelius Jones: Mayflower Families Vol. 17 p. 101 states the following on the last date that Mayflower has knowledge of Cornelius Jones: "On 2 April 1755 Cornelius Jones signed a petition to the Governor of Massachusetts." Based on this information, it is apparent that Cornelius Jones died some time after 22 April 1755.

Cornelius was born about 1697. Cornelius Jones ... He passed away in 1751. [1]

Jones-31324 and Jones-47539 appear to represent the same person because: clear duplicate.

Believe 1751 year of death is not correct. Mayflower Families Vol. 17 p. 101 states that on 22 April 1755 Cornelius Jones signed a petition to the Governor of Massachusetts.
