Lane binds himself to pay to Elizabeth Jones, daughter to the widow, when she comes of age or marries, that Plantation which was her deceased father’s called Sheepheards worth 1000 lbs tob(acco) with cowes, etc. Witnesses: Geo. Harrison, Wm. Howe”
On 08 Oct 1672 Elizabeth Newitt patented 170 acres in Lawne's Creek Parish. This might be the land that her father (Foulke Jones) left her.

A Elizabeth Jones d. 10 Oct 1719 according to the Parish Register of Christ Church of Middlesex County, VA. I doubt this is the correct person who was b. 110 miles away in Surry County, VA.
