Biography
Henry was born in 1859. Henry Jordan ... He passed away in 1951. [1]
He was a Hotel Keeper. Known by all as "Hud" he was iin the hotel business in Greensburg and Mt. Pleasant and Latrobe, all in PA. In Mt. Pleasant, he ran the old Jordan Hotel. The livery was sent down to the train station to bring the guests up; it was a horse-drawn, two-seated buggy (a surrey). The livery boys were dressed on brightly colored uniforms and made quite an impression when they went up the street, the driver cracking the snapper of his whip near the ears of the five-gaited horses to get them to respond.
