Biography
William was born at Mudie's Land, Kirkintilloch on 27 February 1864. He is the son of Peter Jordon and Elizabeth Stark. His birth is recorded on Family Search[1]
He, like others in the family, went into heavy industry and was an Iron Moulder.
He married Elizabeth McKellar at Kirkintilloch on 25 September 1885.
The family disappear from the Scottish record between 1891 and 1901 and likely went to England.
There is only one child known:
- Peter Grant Jardine, born in 1886 at Kirkintilloch.
