Biography

Settled in the town of Marion, Linn, Ia, where he had resided previously as a farmer; his farm consisting of about 600 acres of land on which they now reside, raising a large number of neat cattle, horses and hogs; their house is well known as a hospitable retreat, the host and hostess kindly to all.
