Charles Gustaf Julin was born 22 March 1880 in Sweden, and died 25 January 1959 in Canada. He was buried in Clara Lutheran Cemetery in Hazel, Pennington County, Minnesota. He married Victoria A. Peterson. They had at least one child, Rueben Charles Julien (1912-1996).[1]
In 1918 Charles registered for the draft in Koochiching County, Minnesota. His card gives his mother's address in Minnesota as his permanent address. Both his employment address and his wife's address are in Fort Frances, Ontario, Canada.[2]
