Biography

Horace Kaiser was born in South Carolina in 1914. He is the son of James Kaiser and Cora Ballentine. He married Don-Oza Marie Stewart. He served during World War II as a lieutenant colonel. He died in South Carolina in 1992 and is buried in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Columbia, Richland County, South Carolina.
