Biography

Half sibling to John Karam (different biological fathers). Annetta raised by brother's biological father, Peter Karam, ie, Karam is adopted name taken from step-father Peter Karam.

Through DNA matches (ancestry.com, 23andme and GEDMATCH) it would appear conclusive that biological paternal grandparents are Charles Henry Schollum (of Puhoi) and Florence Ruth (Horne) Schollum.

Attended McAuley High School in Otahuhu, Auckland, New Zealand.

Hi Annetta,

I've just posted a new profile for Joachim Christian Heinerich Stade as Stade-126. I don't believe this is the same person as your Johann Joachim Christopher Stade (Stade-50) but thought I'd make you aware in case you have some time to look at this profile and relatives to see if there might be a connection. Cheers, Kelly

Hi Annetta,

I have been following your New Zealand Harwood’s and believe there may be a DNA tie to Early North America Harwood’s. While I am not a DNA match to you, Neil Wallace and I, are distant DNA relatives, I have Wallace-Harwood marriages in my tree on Ancestry, in the U.S. I am a Harwood, maiden name, my earliest Harwood ancestor came from England in 1630 with Winthrop’s Fleet. Many Harwood’s born as British colonists did not necessarily stay in North America. My grandfather always discouraged Harwood Research, saying they were banished English horse thieves. Henry Harwood on Winthrop’s Fleet had sons Henry & John. After the 1776 American Revolution many New England Harwood’s dispersed, some loyal to England left for Canada, back to England or for other colonies. ged M KC913147

How very interesting your Green line wound up in Argentina. Do you know how or why that happened? I was just curious because my Russian family settled in Mexico. It is always interesting to find out why

Hi Annetta,

Thanks for volunteering to help grow our one world tree.

Please drop into our friendly Genealogist to Genealogist (G2G) forum to introduce yourself to other WikiTreers - you can access the G2G by selecting G2G Profile from your My WikiTree menu at the top right of most pages.

WikiTree can be a bit overwhelming at first, so don't hesitate to post your questions in the G2G.

Good luck with connecting your leaves and branches to our big tree,

Maryann

Hi I'm keen to contribute my family history to Wikitree and the aims of the wider genealogical community :-)
