Magdalena was born on 28 Oct 1769 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, daughter of Christian Kauffman ^[1] and Rachel / Regina Hornberger.^[2]

She married Henry Share (1763-1830) ^[2] and moved with him to Donegal Township.^[1] They were the parents of :
