Biography

Julia Keating was born 07 May 1900, and baptized 08 May 1900 in Caherciveen, child of John [Keating] and Honora O'Sullivan of Dirreen. Sponsored by: Patrick Keating, Joanna O'Sullivan.[1]

Julia daughter of John Keating, farmer, of Derreen, and Hanora Keating formerly Sullivan, was born 07 May 1900 at Derreen. The birth was registered by John Keating, father, of Derreen, on 20 Jun 1900.[2]

Julia Keating appeared in the 1901 census of Ireland at House 14 in Derreen, Caher, Kerry, age 0, born County Kerry, occupation not given, as daughter to John Keating.[3]

Julia Keating appeared in the 1911 census of Ireland at House 27 in Portmagee Town, Portmagee, Kerry, age 10, born Co Kerry, occupation scholar, as daughter to John Keating.[4]

Julia Keating died 23 Jul 1959 at The Hospital, age 60, single, occupation: domestic servant. The death was registered by Nora Keating, niece of deceased, of Portmagee, on 04 Sep 1959.[5]

Julia Keating died Jul 1959 and is commemorated at Killovarnogue Cemetery Caherciveen,Kerry Ireland.[6]
