Biography
Eugene was born in 1910. He is the son of Arthur Keck and Susan Hammer. He passed away in 1983. [1]
"Little Gene" as he was referred to distinguish him from his Uncle 'Gene and because of his small stature, 5'3" tall. Of all the nieces and nephew of Dad (Walter), we had the closest relationship with them.
'Gene was a typesetter with Merck Sharp & Dohme. He also had a printing press in his basement, working to put their boy's througt college, if they so desired. When 'Gene retired, He and Anna moved from Chalfont, Bucks Co., Pa. to Fla.
They did come back for a party for John and Ann had for them at their home, for their 50th Wedding Aniv., 1982.
