Biography
Martain, also recorded as Martin, was the son of Patrick Keegan and Mary Jarvis. He worked as a watersider at the Wellington docks. He married in 1940 to Gladys Hegh of Wellington and they settled in Ngaio. Martain died age 68 and was cremated at Karori, Wellington
