When she dies it is to be divided between sons Vatchel Keene and Richard Keene. His personal estate is also to go to his wife and after her death be equally divided between all of his children except for Vatchel.[1] On the Assessment of his estate it is listed that 7 children will get shares.[2] Does this mean there were 8 children living as Vatchel was not to get a share of the personal estate?
