George was born in 1855. The son of Josiah Harper Keene And Elizabeth Phillips Keene..
In the 1880 Pike Co.Ky. Census living at Lick Creek,Ky.( Pike Co. Ky.).
1900 pike co.ky. census=Listed in the1910 fayette Co.Ky. census of Eastern State Hospital. He died there 7-13-1912 and is buried there in the ESH cemetery on 7-18-1912...[.Ky.Death cert. #18731 ].
