Eloise Keene was born in 1871 at New York, USA. She appeared on the census of 21 June 1880 in the household of her parents, Gilbert Keene and Emma Louise (Rose) Keene, at Rockland, Sullivan County, New York.[1]
She married Nelson Guy Cochran,[2] son of Archibald and Alice J. (Huntington) Cochran, on 17 Jan. 1894 at Livingston Manor, Sullivan County, New York.[3]
She witnessed the marriage of Gladys Decker and her brother, Fayette M. Keene, on 4 Jan. 1915 at Ulster County, New York.[4] She and Nelson appeared on the census of 10 Jan. 1920 at Kingston, Ulster County, New York.[5] She lived in 1922 at Kingston, Ulster County, New York.[2] She and Nelson appeared on the census of 2 April 1930 at Kingston, Ulster County, New York.[6]
Eloise died on 7 June 1940 at Orthmann Sanitarium, Kingston, Ulster County, New York and was buried at Wiltwyck Cemetery, Kingston, Ulster County, New York.[7] Her memorial has a photo of her gravestone shared with Nelson.[8]
Eloise and Nelson had one son, James born 17 March 1901, he died in infancy.[3]

Eloise Keene Cochran of 72 Pine street died last evening at 11:15 o'clock at the Orthmann Sanitarium in this city, after a long illness. She was a member of the Clinton Avenue M.E. Church of this city. Surviving is her husband N. Guy Cochran, station agent at the New York Ontario & Western railroad in Kingston; two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Steenrod of Livingston Manor, Mrs. Alberta Millspaugh of Howe Covern and one brother Emory Keene of Livingston Manor, also one niece and two nephews. Body may be viewed at any time at the W. N. Conner Funeral Home, 296 Fair street where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m., standard time and 3 o'clock daylight saving time. Relatives and friends invited. Burial in Wiltwyck Cemetery.[7]
