He Married Edna Mae [1] January 18, 1918 in the Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church Williamstown, Pennsylvania, USA.
He registered for the WWI draft on June 5, 1917 and listed his occupation as a fireman[2]. On subsequent census and the WWII draft he is listed as a barber and the proprietor of a Barber shop[3]
He died at 90 years of age[4] and is buried in the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, USA[5]
