Thomas Paine Keeney was born on 19 December 1869 in Goshen, Lane, Oregon, United States to Andrew Jackson Keeney (1819-1898) Amanda Jane Morse (1827-1892).

  3. Elizabeth Jane Keeney was born on 19 September 1910 in Oregon, United Staters. She married Howard F. Rogers (1915-1991). Elizabeth died on 19 March 2003 in Portland, Multnomah, Oregon, United States.
