On 29 January 1832 in Saline, Missouri she married her first cousin, Isley Keeney (1811-1842). He died of tuberculosis when her youngest child was 3 years old in 1842.
20 February 1843 in Holt County, Missouri she married John H. Duncan by Minister Isaac Martin.

Nancy Ann Keeney born in 17 April 1839 in Ray County, Missouri, United States. She married James Luney Smith (1837-1907) c. 1858. Nancy died on 20 June 1923 in Creswell, Lane, Oregon, United States.
Later Life and the Keeney Wagon Train
After her husband died, she decided to accompany her mother-in-law and the extended family with her family to Oregon on the Oregon Trail in the largest wagon train of the time on the Oregon Trail. It was led by Isley's brothers Elias and Capt. Jonathan Keeney.
