Kentucky New Era obit posted 12/16/1978 reads as follows:

Cadiz, Ky. - Services for J.E. Keller, 55, Cerulean, will be at 2pm Sunday at Goodwin Funeral Home with the Revs. Donald Mock and Frank E. Stallins officiating. Burial will be in Cerulean Cemetery.

Mr. Keller died at 8:15 pm Thursday at Trigg County Hospital after a short illness.

A Trigg County native, he was born March 4, 1923, the son of Dewey Ward Keller, Cerulean, and the late Daisy McKinney Keller. He was a farmer and a deacon and Sunday School teacher at Wallonia Baptist Church.

Survivors in addition to his father, include his wife, Lorraine Owen Keller; four sons, Ronald, Billy R. and Bennie Michael, all of the home, and Donald Keller, Cadiz; a daughter, Peggy Ann Keller, of the home; a sister, Mrs. Louise Sanders, Cerulean;; and three grandchildren.
