Kentucky New Era obit posted 9/29/1982 reads as follows:
Cadiz, Ky - Dewey Ward Keller, 83, Cerulean, died at 11:20pm Tuesday at Trigg County Hospital after a long illness.
Services will begin at 2pm Thursday at Goodwin Funeral Home with burial in Cerulean Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 6 pm today at the funeral home.
A native of Caldwell County, he was born May 28, 1899, the son of the late John William and Matilda Jane Ward Keller. He was the oldest member of Cerulean Baptist Church and was a retired farmer.
His wife, Daisy McKinney Keller, died in 1951 and two sons, Percy and J.E. Keller, died in 1978.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Louis E. (Dorothy) Sanders, Cerulean; one brother, Merl Keller, Caldwell County; nine grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and three step great-grandchildren.
