MADGE L. CRAMER Madge L. Cramer, 93, of Keyser, W.Va., formerly of Bayard, W.Va., died Saturday, Feb. 17, 2007, at Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser. Born July 15, 1913, in Humbert, Pa., she was a daughter of the late Hilary E. and Mary E. (Maust) Kelley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Wellington B. Cramer; one sister, Ruth LeCrone; and three brothers, George Kelley, Frank Kelley and Donald Kelley. She is survived by one daughter, Mary Jane Jones, Keyser; one son, Jack E. Cramer, Bismark; three sisters, Dorothy E. Bowen of Petal, Miss., Helen Lower of Brookville, and Jean Head of Oakland; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Friends were received at the Stewart Funeral Home, Oakland. A service was conducted at the Bayard United Methodist Church, Bayard, on Wednesday, Feb. 22, with the Rev. Mary Radford and the Rev. David Moon officiating. Interment was held in the Fairview Cemetery. The family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to the Bayard Methodist Church, c/o Alice Gaither, P.O.
