Ebenezer was born 6 sept. 1751 at Enfield, Connecticut.[1] He is the son of Samuel Kellogg and Mary Steele.[1] He married Mollie Bissell, daughter of Joel Bissell and Mercy Bishop, at Litchfield, Conneccticut on 9 Dec 1779.[1]
Ebenezer Kellogg was a soldier in the Revolutionary War, in Col. Samuel McClellan's regiment.[1]
