From 10th street it is a right hand turn (west) along the cemetery edge. Take the second left then the first right until you reach a pair of twin evergreen trees on the right hand side of the road. Here is a large family stone labeled "Kelly" in gray granite. In front of the family stone (the graves face east, so east of the family stone are a group of matching stones the appear left to right as follows:
James Kelly (this is an older white sandstone marker, I think probably a child - the stone doesn't match the rest) son of Franklin and L___? Died July 25, ___? Age ___? ; (remaining stones in this group match, they are grey granite with out a border)

They also had the early death record book on microfilm for Wabasha county and I found a death record for Claud Kelley died 31 January 1883 at three years of age, parents George and Eva (Wabasha county death records, Book A, page 186, line 14)
I next went to Lake City to look at the Lake City Graphic on microfilm.
Thursday 19 July 1951 a short notice to say that Clara Kelly died in Phoenix, Arizona and was buried in Lake City .
Friday 8 September 1911 a short notice to say that George A Kelly died in Minneapolis and was buried in Lake City.
His pallbearers were from the AOUW. (I don't know what the letters stand for.)
Note: George Kelly - 62 years old, died Tuesday at his home 2928 Forty second avenue S. Funeral will take place from the home at 11am Thursday. Interment will be in Lake City.
note: Thursday should be 7 Sept 1911.
