Biography
"Buddy" was born February 16, 1993 to Walter Theo and Sarah Pamela "Meade" Strother Kelly. He lived in Oakdale most of his life.His greatest love was his family unity. He enjoyed fishing and playing poker. He was a welder, ironworker, pipe liner, heavy equipment operator and business agent for local 406. He owned and operated Kelco Construction until his retirement. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, W T Kelly.[1]
