Hey Kathryn, I saw that we had some DNA in common so I tried comparing myself to you on GEDMatch.com. But when I put in your listed kit number it said it didn't exist: A582747. Check to see if your kit number is correctly listed on your profile.

Hey Kathryn,

Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few features you may find useful.

Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards .

If you need to describe an event, heirloom or a location relevant to your research, try Free Space Profiles .

If you run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving these unfortunate situations.

A project of note is the Global Family Reunion check it out at Global Family Reunion.

Hello Kathryn,

How are you doing? Hope you're enjoying our site.

Our vision is to build a collaborative tree. Please make sure to look for duplicates on WikiTree before adding a profile. Having dates and locations attached to every person assists in our mission as well.

Feel free to check out How To Use WikiTree. It's a great step-by-step guide.

Also Help Index with links to topics you may have questions on. Don't forget our G2G Forum where many of our generous members help each other out.

And of course, I'm here to help in any way I’m able. Just ask!

Welcome!

Julie

Willing to help anyone with any information about family trees that I have .
p.s. I also wanted to mention that you may want to use your own surname on your profile, since this enables your profile to find its rightful place in our family tree. Our naming conventions can be found at Name Fields.
