Uncertain if her LNAB is Kelly or Mullen. She is found as Myrtle M Kelly in Social Security Applications and Claims for her son William Mack, and as Myrtle Kelly in Ohio Marriage Records for son William and his wife Marie Raasch, but as Myrtle Mullen in the Ohio Births and Christenings Index record for her daughter Sara. Kelly may be a previous married name.

Her birth year is estimated. If her son William was born in 1894, then she would probably have been at least 17 which would put her birth date at or before 1877.

There is a Myrtle Mullen born 27 Mar 1877 in Salem Twp, daughter of John Mullen and Mary M Calp. Coincidentally my great grandmother Jessie Evangeline Mullen was also born 27 Mar 1877 in Salem, Ohio, daughter of John Mullen and Mary Martha Kalb.

Ancestry user Allison Cotton has identified a Myrtle Mullen who was born in 1882, but this is unlikely to be the same person as she would have been 12 when her son William was born. Also, that Myrtle Mullen was single and living at home in 1900, well after William and Sara were born.
