A wedding was solemnised recently at the Maranui Methodist Church, Lyall Bay, when Phoebe Gwendoline, elder daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Kelly, Lyall Bay, was married to Thomas Frederick, only son of Mr. and Mrs. G. C. Voyce, Lower Hutt. The Rev. M. A. McDowell officiated. In honour of the bride and bridegroom's membership in the choir, the service was fully choral, and Miss M. Hitchings presided at the organ. The bridesmaids were Misses Nita Kelly (sister of the bride) and Helen Voyce (sister of the bridegroom).

DEATH Nita died in Sept 27 1997 aged 81 [7]
