Note: Wanganui has recently been renamed Whanganui.

Born in Invercargill in 1910 to Delia and Patrick Michael Kelly ^[1]

Between 1938 and 1946 Cecily Ellen Carmody and Aloysius Alister Kelly were married in Wanganui.

They had two known children, Brian and Elaine.

Cecily Ellen Carmody was born in Wanganui in 1913 to Mary Catherine Agnes and John Carmody. In 1935 she was unmarried and living in Liverpool Street. She died in Wanganui in 1970 aged 57.

Alister was a joiner / cabinetmaker by trade. He lived and died in Wanganui.
