Funeral services for Lillie Joan Miller, 89, of Rockwood, who passed away Feb. 26, 1997, were conducted Saturday, March 1 from the chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home with interment at Grassy Cove Cemetery. Bro. George Long officiated. Mrs. Miller was born April 26, 1907 in Cumberland County to Charlie and Nettie Parham Kemmer. She was a factory floor supervisor and a member of the Grassy Cove Methodist Church
