Biography

Susannah Kemp was born in Talbot County, Maryland, in 1664. Her father was Robert Joseph Kemp and her mother was Elizabeth "Eliza" (Unknown) Kemp. In about 1684 Susannah married Thomas Ball. They had a daughter, Mary (Ball) Kemp in about 1685 at Bayside, Saint Mary's County, Maryland and a son, John Ball, born in 1690, in St. Mary's, Maryland.

Susannah Kemp died sometime after the birth of her son in 1690. The exact death year is not known. She died in St. Mary's County, Maryland. Her husband survived her and died in 1722 in Talbot County, Maryland.
