Biography

Gilly or Gilla (possibly Giulia) Kemp was born in 1772. She is the daughter of Moses Kemp and Mary Tate. She passed away in August 1846. ^[1]

NOTE: 1/19/2013 - Genealogist Jim Barnes states that "Gilla, not Hicksey," is listed in Moses Kemp's will and thus Hicksey, previously listed, is not a child of Moses Kemp. Wikitree does not allow deletions so the record is altered for this correction.

Gilla Kemp is the daughter of Moses Kemp and Mary Tate born about 1772 in South Carolina. She married George Ross. Gilla passed away in August 1846. ^[2].
