Betty Kemp was born on 12/31/1760 to David Kemp and Hannah Sawtell. Her siblings were Hannah b 1744; Susannah b 1746; Phineas b 1749; Rachel b 1751; Susannah b 1754; David b 1758; Lydia b 1764 and Olive b 1768.
Betty married Samuel Hodskin of New Salem on June 18, 1782 in Groton MA. Children Elizabeth b 1785 and David b 1788.
Betty passed away after 1821.
