Biography

Simon was born 26 April 1861 in Key West, Florida.[1] He was the son of Richard Moore Kemp and Ann Lowe.

He married first Isadora Leri Saunders on 28 March 1883 in Key West in a ceremony performed by Chas. F.D. Lyne, Rector of St. Paul's Church.[2] The witnesses were R. M. Kemp and E. Arapian. Simon became a widower when Isadora died in 1885.[3]

He married second Nina Ellen Albury on 21 September 1887 in Key West in a ceremony performed by Chas. A. Fulwood, Ord. Minister.[4]

Simon died in 1945 in Key West,[5] and he is buried there in the City Cemetery.[6]
