Biography

Richard was born 30 April 1868 in Key West, Florida.^[1] He was the son of Richard Moore Kemp and Ann Lowe.

He apparently never married.

Richard died on 7 February 1957 in Key West,^[2] and he is buried there in the City Cemetery.^[3]
