Solomon Kendrick Jr was born about 1731, the son of Solomon Kendrick and Elizabeth Atkins of Harwich, Barnstable, Massachusetts[1][2]
In 1763, Solomon emigrated to Nova Scotia with his parents and several siblings, and he became one of the first settlers of Barrington Township[3][1][2][4]
On November 30, 1769, Solomon Kendrick Jr married Martha "Patty" Godfrey, daughter of Josiah and Eunice (Godfrey) Godfrey, as his second wife[6][7][1][2][5]
Their children included:
Eunice, born April 28, 1786[8], who married Benjamin Smith, son of Nathaniel Smith, who was also an early settler of Barrington[2][5]
