Daniel inherited 50 acres of property on the Back Creek in Frederick, Virginia (noted as "50a of Dublin next Lukes Cabin Br.) Back Creek, according to Wikipedia was a Tributary of the Potomac River in Maryland that continued-on to Frederick, Virginia. [3]
Daniel left a Will, too. His Will Probate was in Frederick, Virginia [4], which likely means he lived on the property he inherited.

5. 'Circumstantial Evidence
In addition to the direct evidence:
1. How do we know that Daniel's father was John? John listed Daniel among his sons, in his Will, along with Francis and Hugh. Daniel's father, John, was a contemporary of Francis Hughes, grandfather of Margaret Hughes, who married this Daniel's son, Daniel RWS. "They were all from Maryland."
2. Francis (1687) was a contemporary of John Kennedy. John Kennedy named one child Daniel and two more: Francis and Hugh. Margaret and Daniel RWS married. They were the grandchildren of Francis (1687) Hughes and John (1680) Kennedy.
