Biography
Alexander Kennedy (67) is on the 1871 census with wife Elizabeth (58) and their children; Neil (26), Catherine (20), Archibald (22), Joseph (19), and Angus (30). With Angus is his wife Tyrace (26.. perhaps an attempt at Teresa?) and children Donald (3) and Ann (2).[1]
Angus Kennedy (35) son of Alexander Kennedy of Sight Point, died on Apr 29, 1871.[2] Cause of death was drowning, Angus was married at this time, and is listed as a Mariner.
Teresa MacIsaac, daughter of Donald, married Angus Kennedy, son of "Alasdair Beag," of Sight Point, and had a family: A. Donald, B. Elizabeth and C. a son. After Angus was drowned at Port Ban, his widow and family moved to the States. A. Donald Maclsaac, "Domhnull Beag aig Terese," was married in Long Island, N.Y.
