Louise was born to Leonard and Viola about 1912 in Oklahoma and was 8 years old at the time of the 1920 census when the family was living in Patterson, Oklahoma. This is the last known information about Louise Kennedy.

Louise married William P. File. He died in 1959, She joined him in death in 1992 and they are buried together in Fort Worth, TX.

She died after 1958.
