WEDDING REPORT. A quiet wedding took place at the Baptist Manse, Narrogin, on Tuesday, March 25, between Miss Helen Kennedy, daughter of the late George Whitelaw and Jeannie Rankine Kennedy, of Oxley, Victoria, and Alfred William Richter, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richter, of Katanning, late of South Australia. The ceremony was performed by Rev. W. Kennedy, brother of the bride. The bride was attired in cream Beagaline, trimmed with cream merveilleux, guipure insertion and chiffon. The customary wreath and veil completed a neat and pretty costume. The bridesmaid was Miss S. A. Ranford, daughter of Mr. H. S. Ranford, of Katanning, who was dressed in pearl grey cashmere, trimmed with white silk and tucks. Mr. J. Barkley acted as best man. The bride's travelling dress was a navy serge coat and skirt, with white silk tucked vest : hat to match. The bridal couple left by the afternoon train for Perth, en.route to Bunbury, where their honeymoon is to be spent. The bridegroom's gift to tho bride was a beautiful gold watch. The bride's gift to the bridegroom was a set of gold links and a Bible. Many other valuable presents were received, including gifts from other States.
