Biography

Walter Keppel was a member of the aristocracy in England.

He was the son of Lt.-Col. Arnold Allen Cecil Keppel, 8th Earl of Albemarle and the Lady Gertrude Lucia Egerton.^[1]He was born on the 28th of February 1882^[1]at London, England, United Kingdom.^[2]He was married twice firstly to, the Lady Judith Sydney Myee Wynn-Carington, daughter of the Hon. Cecilia Margaret Harbord and Sir Charles Robert Wynn-Carington, 1st and last Marquess of Lincolnshire, on the 9th of June 1909 at St. Margaret's Church, Westminster, London, England.^[1][3]He married, secondly, Diana Cicely Grove, daughter of Major John Archibald Grove, on the 24th of February 1931 at Scots Church, St. Columba, Pont Street, Chelsea, London, England.^[1][4]He died on the 14th of July 1979 at the age of 97.^[5][6]
