Biography
Mary (Kerr) Harper was born in Ireland.
Mary was born in Carnmoney Parish, County Antrim in 1842. She was the daughter of farmer Samuel Kerr and Elizabeth Scott.
She married farmer Hugh Harper, son of farmer Hugh Harper in 1874 at Carnmoney.[1]
In 1901 the family were living at Hugh's farm in Lisnalinchey, Ballylinney. 5 children were living at home. Hugh's siblings Isabella and John were living with them. They were all Presbyterians. [2]
Hugh passed away in 1903.[3]
Mary passed away in 1907 at Lisnalinchy.[4]
It appears second son John took over the farm at Lisnalinchy and was still living there with sister Jane in 1911.[5]
