Charles Kerr was born in Scotland.

Charles was the son of Charles Kerr and Ann Copland
He is found on the 1881 and 1891 Census of Scotland, he is not found on the 1901 Census of Canada, he is found on the 1921 and 1931 Census of Canada living in Chiliwack, British Columbia.
As shown on the 1921 Census he emigrated to Canada in 1900 and on 18 Apr 1906 he married Helen Jane Farquhar.
They had four children
Charles died on April 19, 1936, in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada
