Sebastian Kerstetter was born on 24 Sep 1763 in Cleona, Lebanon Twp, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and was the son of Sebastian C. Kirstatter or Kirstaetter.
He died about 1830.
Research Notes
Leonardt's brother, Sebastian C. Kirstatter=Kirstaetter, Sr. (1727-1787), is known to have owned a farm which was probably surveyed [1] as part of settling Senior's 1787 estate. Needs further research.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Sabastian by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Sabastian:
Kerstetter-185 and Kerstetter-101 appear to represent the same person because: Very little information is provided in either profile, especially 101. All 101 contains is a birth year of about 1770, which is reasonably close to 185's 1767, and a 1795 land survey in a research note for 158 acres in Penn Township, Northumberland County, PA. My research shows that 185's father, Sebastian Sr, is known to have farmed 158 acres in the same location, so this survey was probably requested by Sebastian Jr as part of the process of settling Senior's 1787 estate.
